All refund/return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Items purchased from DREAM ON Shop may only be returned if deemed damaged or defective. If this is the case, please share a detailed description of the problem and quality photos of the issue via email to email@example.com.

In order to prevent waste, each item is manufactured on demand, which doesn’t allow us the ability to honour product replacements. Subsequently, our return policy can not cover returns due to incorrect sizing. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any other questions.
If an incorrect address has been submitted and your item is returned to us, we will reach out directly via email to request your correct shipping details and determine if you’d like the order re-shipped. A re-shipping fee will be applied.
Please contact us ASAP if you believe that you may have entered an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will be notified via email. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days*

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank or credit card company. Depending on the financial institution, it may take longer than 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded. Sale items or items purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description and quality photos of the issue.
Return Shipping Fees
If you have already contacted us and a return has been approved, please mail your product to: Lorimer Media Inc., 41328 Skyridge Pl, Apt. 307, Squamish, BC, V8B 1A4, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you received free shipping at the time of purchase, this will not apply to your return.
If you have already received approval for a refund due to product defectiveness, the cost of return shipping will be covered at the shop owner's discretion and on a case by case basis.
If an incorrect address has been submitted and your item is returned to us by the postal service, you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with re-shipping your package. Please reach out to us ASAP if you believe that you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item once it is in the carrier’s possession.
